Web Marketing Association Names Brian St.Ours to 2006 WebAward Judging Panel
Melbourne, FL — May 18, 2006 — The Web Marketing Association is pleased to announce that Brian K. St.Ours of eWareness, Inc. has been selected as a judge for the 10th annual international WebAward competition for Web site development. The WebAwards is the standards-defining competition that sets industry benchmarks based on the seven criteria of a successful Web site. It recognizes the individual and team achievements of Web professionals who create and maintain outstanding Web sites.
"Unlike other awards, the WebAwards is not a beauty pageant where only the design and name recognition is important," said William Rice, president of the Web Marketing Association. "For the past decade, the WebAwards has used a quantitative judging formula based on seven criteria to evaluate, benchmark and set industry standards for Web site development. Mr. St.Ours will play a critical role in setting the standard for Internet excellence by applying his expertise to each site he adjudicates."
“I am very honored to once again be a member of the esteemed panel of WebAward judges,” said Brian K. St.Ours. “For the past seven years I have had the privilege of judging numerous sites based on the Web Marketing Association’s well defined evaluation process. This year’s competition should be especially exciting as designers, agencies and companies from around the world vie for recognition in the momentous 10th annual international WebAward competition.”
Brian K. St.Ours is the president of eWareness, Inc., a Florida-based web marketing communications firm. St.Ours, a Yahoo Ambassador and Google Advertising Professional, has been involved with web-based marketing for over a decade. His company, eWareness, Inc., is a U.S. veteran owned web communications company specializing in offering web-based marketing, advertising and public relations services to companies and government agencies in an effort to increase their online exposure. Judging for this year's awards will take place in July and August, with winners announced in September.
