Ken Brown - Director of Project Services

Ken Brown is a 12 year veteran of web-based project management. In 1996, Ken started a web design, hosting and domain registration company based in the Washington, D.C. metro area where he handled customer care and technical support for hundred of customers throughout the United States and Canada. Throughout his career, Ken has built working relationships with hundreds of business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) clients in technology, manufacturing and the healthcare fields. He also developed numerous customer relationships through server management, website development and eCommerce solutions.

As eWareness' Director of Project Services, Ken oversees eWareness' B2B and B2G web development projects. He and his team are responsible for handling customer service questions, technical support issues and helping companies meet their web marketing communications objectives.
